We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales / Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is responsible for handling telesales and telemarketing activities to enhance customer engagement, generate leads, and support the sales process effectively.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, customer handling abilities, and a proactive approach towards achieving business goals.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Handle outbound telesales and telemarketing activities to engage prospective customers.

• Connect with customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service information.

• Support lead generation and lead nurturing activities through regular follow-ups.

• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.

• Collect customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams for resolution and improvements.

• Maintain call logs, customer interaction records, and sales reports.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

• Utilize CRM tools and telecalling software effectively.

• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and telemarketing guidelines.

• Participate in product and process training programs to enhance performance.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

• Any Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree Preferred)

• 1–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / Telesales / Telemarketing

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

• Good knowledge of CRM tools and telecalling processes

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Quick learner with a positive attitude
