Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Telecaller to convert social media inquiries into appointments and loyal clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for customer service. You will be responsible for calling Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and website leads, understanding their requirements, explaining our services and offers, and booking appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with social media leads daily.
Convert inquiries into salon and spa appointments.
Explain services, packages, memberships, and ongoing offers.
Build rapport with potential clients and handle objections professionally.
Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM/Excel sheet.
Follow up with missed, pending, and inactive leads.
Coordinate with the front desk to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati is a plus).
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic computer applications.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
