Role Summary
The Telesales Executive is responsible for acquiring new credit card customers through outbound calling, understanding customer needs, explaining product features and benefits, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
Promote and sell credit card products to eligible customers.
Explain product features, benefits, fees, and offers clearly.
Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable credit card solutions.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Experience in telesales, banking sales, insurance sales, or credit card sales is an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
Good verbal communication skills in English and local language.
Basic computer knowledge.
