Sales Telecaller

We are looking for a Sales Telecaller to join our team at Indiapro Supplies. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain data and ensure it is accessible for seamless operations.

• Verify information, spot data discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.

• Organize and manage both digital and physical records to optimize access.

• Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

• Call and respond to daily leads from IndiaMART, WhatsApp, and website

• Understand customer requirements and share relevant product details

• Send quotations, price lists, and photos via WhatsApp or email

• Follow up regularly until closure or drop

• Update lead status and remarks in the Excel lead tracker

• Coordinate with the dispatch or sales team once payment is received

• Maintain a professional and helpful attitude at all times

• Help customers understand our 100% advance policy confidently

• Report daily performance to the sales head
