Job Details:

Position: Sales Associate (Voice).

Vacancies: 10.

Salary: Ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹18,000/month + Incentives (Up to ₹15,000).

Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office only | General Day Shift Job | 9 hours shift (including 1 hour break).

Joining Date: Sept 2025.

Working Days: 6 days (1 Weekly Off - Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound calls for sales.

Explain company services to potential clients clearly and persuasively.

Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Follow up with leads and convert them into clients.

Requirements:

✔ Above 18yrs. of Age.

✔ Minimum HSC/12th Passed.

✔ Freshers or Experienced (Both are welcome to apply).

✔ Languages: Fluent in Hindi & English (Regional languages a plus).

✔ Skills: Excellent communication, convincing ability, basic computer knowledge.

✔ Qualities: Confident, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
