Sales Telecaller

We are looking for a Sales Telecaller to join our team at Delmak Lubricants. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹12000 - ₹18000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new B2B clients, distributors, and industrial customers for Delmak Lubricants.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners and corporate clients.

• Promote the company’s full range of products (Engine Oils, Gear Oils, Grease, Hydraulic Oils, Coolants, etc.).

• Conduct market visits, collect feedback, and analyze competitor activities.

• Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare sales reports and share regular updates with management.

• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and product promotions.

Job Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales (Lubricants, Automotive preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• Good knowledge of the local market and dealer network.

• Must have a two-wheeler and willingness to travel frequently.
