Minimum 1–2 years (preferably in calling/inside sales/tele-sales)
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with strong communication skills and a passion for customer engagement. The role primarily involves calling potential leads/customers, explaining products/services, and converting inquiries into successful sales.
Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads from the provided database.
Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone.
Generate leads, follow up with interested prospects, and close sales.
Maintain daily/weekly call logs and report progress to the Sales Team Lead.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Achieve set sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not mandatory).
1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales.
Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi/English, and regional language preferred).
Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
