We are looking for a Sales Telecaller to join our team at Bagnomy. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹15,000 - ₹40,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle fresh leads from Meta, IndiaMART, WhatsApp and calls.
Qualify leads on quantity, bag size, printing method, timeline and location.
Share catalogues, samples, quotations and proforma invoices.
Maintain regular follow-up until closure.
Coordinate design approval, payment confirmation and order handover.
Update CRM/lead sheet accurately with next follow-up date.
Reconnect with old customers for repeat orders.
Collect customer feedback/reviews after successful delivery.
Maintain professional WhatsApp and call communication.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
