We are looking for confident communicators with experience in International Voice Process who are passionate about sales, business development, and building strong client relationships.

🎯 Requirements:

• International experience with minimum 02 years with proven track records in Sales

• Excellent Verbal & Written English

• Strong communication skills required for sales and pitching

• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Growth mindset and professional attitude

• HSC pass — Graduate not necessary

📋 Job Description:

• Engage with potential customers through calls and emails to promote company services.

• Effectively communicate and represent the company in all interactions.

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with both existing and new customers.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic selling and follow-ups.

• Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track performance.

• Support marketing campaigns and contribute ideas to enhance outreach and conversion.

• We're looking for confident communicators with working experience in International voice process.

• You will connect with International businesses through cold calling and email marketing, generate B2B and B2C leads.

• Assist clients find solutions that fit their business needs.

To work at fixed night shift (05:30 pm to 03:30 am)

Working Days : Mon – Fri

Fixed weekend off (Sat & Sun)

👨‍💼 Experience: Min 2 years – 04 years (international clients) – Verified

💵 Salary per month: Rs 30K – 45K

🧾 Current – deduction Rs. 200 for professional tax only / no other deduction

🎁 Includings:

6 Months Probation

Good incentives and commission structure

Training for the work process & logistics will be provided from scratch

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
