- Present core Tally use-cases: GST billing and returns, accounting, inventory, multi-user, security, and audit features; schedule demos where needed.
- Follow up on warm leads from marketing, portals, and referrals; nurture cold leads with callbacks and email/WhatsApp content.
- Handle objections on price, migration, training, and support; offer trials, demos, or limited-time offers as per policy.
- Log every interaction, update lead stages, and track conversions in CRM; prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with field sales/implementation for demos, onboarding, data migration, and post-sale support; ensure timely closure and collections.
- Achieve daily call connects, qualified leads, demo bookings, and monthly revenue targets; adhere to scripts and compliance.
