We are hiring candidates for the position of Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, handling inquiries, providing timely support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers professionally and maintain good relationships.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently.
Coordinate regarding orders, payments, dispatch, and service updates.
Maintain customer records and update data accurately in the system.
Support internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely response to clients.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Relevant Qualification
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and Computer Operations
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Experience in customer handling will be preferred
Job Details:
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timing: Day Shift (9:00 am to 7:00pm) - 1 hour lunch time
Salary: As per Experience (no bar for right candidate)
