Job Summary Satyam Auto Products is seeking a proactive and results-driven Telecaller to join our sales support team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers through provided sales leads, explaining product offerings, converting leads into customers, taking orders, and maintaining regular follow-ups to support the company’s sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided sales leads.

• Introduce and explain the company’s products and services to potential customers.

• Convert sales leads into potential customers through effective communication and persuasion.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure order completion and build long-term relationships.

• Address customer queries and provide necessary product information.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and order details in company records.

• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and updates.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Customer-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Data entry).

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
