Job Title: Team Leader - Loan Operations

Role Overview:
We are hiring a results-driven Team Leader to oversee loan associates, manage day-to-day lending operations, and drive team sales and performance targets in our loan company.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor loan associates to achieve high performance.
Target Achievement: Monitor daily and monthly metrics to ensure loan origination and conversion goals are met.
Process Oversight: Manage the end-to-end loan application and approval process smoothly.
Compliance & Quality: Ensure all loan files comply strictly with lending regulations and company policies.
Escalation Handling: Act as the main point of contact to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements:
Experience: 1 to 6 years in the lending/financial sector, with at least 1 to 5 years in a leadership role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Skills: Strong knowledge of loan products, CRM software, and loan origination systems.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
