Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with inquiries received from IndiaMART and TradeIndia.

• Understand customer requirements and provide product details and quotations.

• Negotiate and finalize sales over calls or emails.

• Maintain daily follow-up reports and sales data in Excel / Google Sheets.

• Coordinate with the operations or dispatch team for order processing.

• Achieve monthly lead conversion and revenue targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language is a plus).

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp Web, MS Office if any).

• Sales negotiation and customer-handling ability.

• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
