  • Outbound Calling: Contacting potential and existing customers to present products/services.

  • Lead Qualification: Identifying prospects ready to buy and those needing further nurturing.

  • Sales Pitch: Delivering compelling presentations and explaining product features/benefits.

  • Closing Deals: Persuading customers to purchase and finalizing sales.

  • Database Management: Accurately recording calls, updating customer info in CRM.

  • Upselling/Cross-selling: Promoting additional or complementary products/services.
