Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI) and send to customers
Follow up on quotations, PI, and pending orders
Convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders
Maintain daily calling reports and sales records
Coordinate with accounts, dispatch, and operations teams
Update customer data and sales details in the system
Work towards achieving assigned sales targetsv
