Telesales Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive (Female) to drive sales and business development for our commercial arcade and amusement gaming machines. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, engage with potential B2B /B2C clients, and promote our gaming products across malls, family entertainment centers (FECs), gaming zones, cafes, resorts, and commercial venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and connect with potential B2B buyers, including arcade operators, mall managements, entertainment centers, event planners, and hospitality businesses.

• Client Engagement & Demos: Present product catalogs, explain machine features, pricing, and revenue-generation models to prospective clients.

• Deal Closure & Follow-ups: Handle inquiries, prepare commercial proposals/quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up systematically to close sales.

• Marketing Campaigns: Assist in offline and online promotional initiatives to boost brand awareness and generate qualified inbound leads.

• Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat purchases, upgrades, and referrals.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and client feedback.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales, direct marketing, or business development.

• Location: Must be residing within a 5 km radius of [Insert Specific Area / Landmark in Faridabad].

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Marketing / Business Administration preferred).
