Qualify leads by assessing their digital marketing requirements, budget constraints, and potential for collaboration.
Customize and present suitable digital marketing solutions to clients, explaining the value proposition and benefits.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to nurture leads through the sales funnel, providing necessary information and support.
Using CRM software, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, leads, and conversions.
Handle objections and address potential concerns raised by prospects to secure their interest.
Achieve and exceed individual and team-based sales targets and performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing techniques, and the competitive landscape to provide informed insights to clients.
Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including Website design, SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, etc.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
