Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team Aelios Financial Services. The role involves making outbound calls to generate leads for used car loans and personal loans, handling customer inquiries accurately and efficiently, supporting the loan sales process, and performing various lead management tasks. Based on the experience of the candidate, the position offers compensation ranging from Rs. 12000/- to Rs. 18000/- (plus performance incentives) and opportunities for growth.​

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that customer interactions remain professional, accurate, and contribute to smooth lead generation operations.

• Verify customer details, qualify leads, and identify potential loan opportunities in a timely manner.

• Organize and maintain call records, customer data, and follow-ups for easy access and retrieval in CRM/Excel.

• Support various sales tasks when needed to assist the loan processing team.

• Generate daily call reports and lead summaries for internal teams to help in decision-making processes.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information at all times.​

Job Requirements

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and MINIMUM 1 Year Experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, high energy, strong convincing ability, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle rejection positively. Candidates must be open to 6 Days a Week during the Day Shift (10 AM - 6:30 PM).​
