Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented female B2B Sales Executive to join our team in the pharma packaging industry. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and possess excellent communication skills with a proven track record in B2B client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and acquire new pharmaceutical clients for our packaging solutions.

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with decision-makers in pharma manufacturing companies.

• Understand client needs and provide customized packaging solutions.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

• Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for repeat business and upselling.

• Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure seamless order execution.

• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to increase brand visibility.
