Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1) Develop and execute sales strategies to meet set goals and objectives.
2) Maintain and update sales and financial data for the allocated territory.
3) Identify new business opportunities by reaching out to potential leads and scheduling meetings.
4) Understand client requirements and coordinate with relevant managers to prepare and share detailed proposals.
5) Clearly explain the firm’s services to clients through phone calls and emails, addressing all background verification queries effectively.
6) Draft and send professional proposals via email, followed by necessary follow-ups.
7) Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
8) Execute cold emailing and chat-based outreach to engage with new prospects and generate leads.
9) Focus on achieving monthly and annual sales revenue targets.
10) Actively gather feedback from customers, partners, and prospects to inform internal teams.
11) Gather feedback from existing customers & business partners, active prospects, to share with internal teams.
12) Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our services and expand the client base.
13) Various other responsibilities will be given from time to time.
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2) Proven track record in business development, marketing or sales, preferably in a similar industry or market
3) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoho CRM
4) Strong networking and relationship-building skills
5) Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively
6) Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
7) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
