Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and experienced Team Leaders (Sales) from a real estate background who can effectively lead sales teams, drive performance, and deliver consistent results in the fast-paced NCR property market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives.
Drive sales targets and ensure revenue growth.
Handle client interactions, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Train, mentor, and guide team members to improve individual and team performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (NCR market preferred).
Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial real estate.
Proven leadership and team-handling experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Prior experience with a channel partner firm will be an added advantage.
