We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our team at T&N Business Services (GoNukkad). The role involves engaging with prospective merchants, understanding their business requirements, presenting product solutions, handling objections, and driving successful sales closures. Key Responsibilities:
Connect with merchants after initial meetings arranged by the field team.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
Present product value propositions effectively.
Handle customer objections and negotiate to close sales.
Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Coordinate with field executives and internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Job Requirements:
Graduate (Mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or Tele Sales (Mandatory)
Age: 28 Years & Above
Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer handling and relationship management abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good presentation and sales closing skills.
Candidates should be comfortable working 6 days a week in a day shift.
