About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales activities in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, managing the sales team, developing client relationships, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve assigned targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

• Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare regular reports.

• Conduct team meetings and provide guidance to sales executives.

• Track market trends and competitor activities.

• Handle client queries and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage.

• Candidates with experience in sales, business development, or team handling.

• Candidates who are confident, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients.

• Bangalore-based candidates preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance, plus applicable incentives.
