Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Resort reservations via phone, email & online channels

  • Coordinate with Front Office & Sales for bookings

  • Maintain accurate reservation records

  • Ensure timely confirmations and guest communication

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in reservations

  • English proficiency is a must; Hindi & Marathi language known

  • Preferably from the Hospitality Industry

  • Good communication & computer skills

  • Knowledge of PMS/booking systems preferred

  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented
