Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team for inbound sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert incoming enquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain customer records and update sales data regularly.
Build positive customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably inbound sales or telecalling.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Customer-focused approach with strong follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools will be an advantage.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
