Job Description

Trinetra Global Consultancy is hiring Inside Sales Executives for the Consumer Durables Sales (BPO) process. We are looking for energetic, target-oriented candidates with excellent communication skills who are passionate about sales and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers through outbound calls.

Convert leads into successful sales.

Explain products and resolve customer queries.

Negotiate and close sales effectively.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Maintain customer data in the CRM system.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate (Mandatory)

Experience in Inside Sales/BPO Sales preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Basic CRM knowledge.

Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.

Willing to work in rotational shifts.

Salary & Benefits:

₹27,000 In-Hand Salary

₹32,000 CTC (PF + Bonus)
