Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Insurance Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable insurance products, and achieving sales targets through effective customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with customers through inbound and outbound calls.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Explain policy features, benefits, and premium details.
Generate and convert leads into successful sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Experience in Insurance Sales, Telesales, BFSI Sales, or Customer Sales will be preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
