Job Description – OD and personal Loan Sales Associate
The OD Loan Sales Associate is responsible for supporting the sales team by generating and qualifying leads and assisting customers with overdraft (OD) loan applications. The role involves explaining product details clearly, collecting and verifying required documentation, and following up to ensure timely completion of applications.
The associate is expected to maintain accurate and updated records, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure all processes comply with bank policies and guidelines. Achieving assigned sales targets and delivering professional, customer-focused service are key expectations of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads for OD loan products
Explain OD loan features and benefits to customers
Assist customers with documentation and application processes
Follow up to ensure timely closures
Maintain accurate sales and customer records
Achieve assigned sales targets
Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
