Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving growth by generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless service delivery. This role is best suited for individuals with excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to maintain long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Telecalling:

  • Contact potential clients using databases from Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other industry sources.

  • Generate leads, pitch Thrills Technologies’ services, and convert inquiries into clients.

• Sales of Services:

  • Promote and sell digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Meta Ads), website development, and app development solutions.

  • Understand client needs and tailor service offerings accordingly.

• Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Provide timely updates, follow-ups, and after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction.

• Reporting & Coordination:

  • Prepare and share daily reports on lead generation, follow-ups, sales conversions, and client feedback.

  • Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth execution of client projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, telesales, or digital marketing sales.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Familiarity with digital marketing, website, and app development services is an added advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace for reporting.
