Data Management – Update policy details, customer information, and claim status accurately in the system.
Renewals & Follow-ups – Remind customers about policy renewals and follow up for pending documents.
Compliance & Coordination – Ensure process compliance as per Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India guidelines and coordinate with internal teams for smooth claim settlement.
