About the Role

Moonstone Hammock is looking for a highly motivated, target-driven and dedicated Sales Executive who can convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

This is not a conventional 9-to-5 job. Hospitality sales requires flexibility, proactive follow-ups and responsiveness, including evenings, weekends and holidays as per the agreed availability schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming enquiries through calls and WhatsApp

• Make outbound calls to assigned leads and proactively follow up until closure.

• Answer incoming calls and return missed calls promptly, including outside regular office hours during agreed coverage periods.

• Understand customer requirements, share quotations, negotiate within approved pricing and close bookings.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximise revenue through upselling and repeat business.

• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules and daily sales reports.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

What We Expect

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, resorts, travel or events.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.

• Strong follow-up discipline and the ability to handle rejection.

• Self-motivated, accountable and comfortable working with targets.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, with reasonable scheduling and weekly offs.

We are looking for someone who is serious about sales, not someone who is simply looking to complete office hours or pass time. The person must take ownership of every lead, be proactive and be genuinely committed to generating business.

Performance Measures

• Monthly revenue targets

• Lead response and follow-up

• Enquiry-to-booking conversion

• Average booking value

• CRM updates and reporting

• Customer satisfaction and repeat business

Compensation

Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives, as per company policy.
