The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales revenue by promoting and selling a range of travel products, including flight tickets, domestic and international holiday packages, and associated services (like taxi services/car rentals). This role requires a strong sales acumen, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for travel.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets for flight bookings, tour packages, and ancillary services.
Lead Conversion: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and digital channels, converting leads into confirmed bookings.
Product Promotion: Actively promote Mithila Travels' special deals, seasonal offers, and new tour packages to existing and potential customers.
Upselling: Strategically upsell travel-related products such as travel insurance, car rentals, visa assistance, and premium accommodations.
Outbound Sales: Conduct outbound calls or field visits (if applicable) to potential corporate clients or B2B partners.
