Generate new business opportunities through calls, follow-ups, and market research.
Identify and approach potential PCD Pharma Franchise partners, distributors, and clients.
Explain company products, pricing, schemes, and business opportunities to prospective clients.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by Management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Coordinate with internal teams for orders, product availability, and dispatch.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, orders, and sales activities.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to Management.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in PCD Pharma, Pharma Franchise, or Third-Party Manufacturing.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the pharma market.
Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also be considered.
