Toyota Tsusho Insurance Brokers India Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Indo-Japanese insurance broker in India, licensed by IRDA. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Call Centre Executive to join our team in Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calls: Handle outbound calls to convert customers from the company website.

- Sales Calls: Make outbound sales calls to cross-sell/upsell to selected customers.

- Lead Conversion: Convert leads into sales on selected databases.

- Daily Tracking: Provide daily tracking and updates to management.

- Target Achievement: Meet personal targets and contribute to team targets.

Requirements:

- Qualification: Academic graduate and above.

- Experience: Experience in health and motor insurance sales is preferred.

- Language Skills: Proficiency in languages such as Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi.

- Industry Type: Insurance broker.

- Sales Experience: Experience in sales, particularly in insurance sales.

- Willingness to Work: Willingness to work in insurance sales and meet targets.

Ideal Candidate:
