Job Title: Customer Sales Representative

Job Description (Key Responsibilities):

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions to drive sales.

• Promote company products and services via calls, email, or other channels.

• Stay updated on product features and industry trends for effective pitching.

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.

• Record customer interactions and transaction details accurately in CRM.

• Be flexible with rotational shifts and weekly offs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.

• Fluent in English, Hindi, and one South Indian language (Tamil or Telugu).

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.

• Prior experience in customer service or telesales is preferred.
