Job Description

Job Title - Tele sales Executive / Collections Executive (Tele calling)

Job Type - Permanent / Full-Time

Work Location

• Bommanahalli, Bengaluru

• Mahadevapura

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers and provide accurate information about financial products and services.

• Generate new leads through referrals, follow-ups, cold calling, and networking.

• Coordinate with internal teams to implement effective sales and collection strategies.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and collection targets.

• Maintain and update customer data accurately in the CRM system.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Maintain proper documentation and follow-up records.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience

• Minimum 2 Months of experience in Tele sales / Voice Process / Collections (Financial Services preferred).

• Graduates (Freshers) are welcome to apply.

Qualification

• PUC – Minimum 6 months experience required

• Graduation – Freshers can apply

Language Requirements

• English & Hindi

• English & Malayalam

Age Criteria

• 20 to 29 years

• Year of Birth: 1993 to 2004

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities

• Customer-focused approach

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity

• Good data entry and record management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary & Compensation

• ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month In Hand

• Includes up to ₹15,000 incentives
