Overview

IndiaKredit is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. This role is central to our sales process, involving proactive communication with potential clients to introduce our financial and loan products and convert qualified leads into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospects and clients (using provided databases or generated leads) to explain and promote various loan products.

* Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

* Maintain a high level of customer service. Clearly and effectively communicate product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to potential borrowers.

* Accurately record and update customer information, sales activities, and call outcomes.

* Maintain in-depth knowledge of all loan products, policies, and market trends to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
