Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with customers, and promoting our products/services while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
Explain products/services and persuade customers when required
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions
Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction
call targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle rejection and remain patient
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred but not mandatory)
Qualifications:
Minimum 10th/12th pass or graduate
