🎯‎ Job‎ Responsibilities:

Handle‎ inbound and‎ outbound calls‎ professionally and‎ empathetically

Educate patients‎ about clinic‎ services, treatments, and health‎ plans

Convert‎ leads‎ into appointments‎ and‎ follow up for‎ confirmations

Maintain‎ accurate records of‎ patient interactions in CRM or software

Coordinate with‎ doctors and support staff for scheduling

Provide support and‎ information‎ to walk-in‎ or referred‎ patients

✅‎ Requirements:

Fresher,‎ experience‎ in tele calling

Fluent‎ in‎ Marathi, Hindi and Gujarati

Minimum HSC passed

Good communication‎ and listening skills

Comfortable working‎ in a target-driven role

Familiarity‎ with patient management‎ or‎ CRM‎ tools‎ (preferred)
