Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecalling Sales experts to join our team at Outspark. As a Telecalling Sales Representative, you will be responsible for end- to-end sales through telecalling, promoting and selling our innovative products: Outspark Resume and Outspark Interview Prep.
You will be provided with leads generated from marketing campaigns, and your primary responsibility will be to engage with these leads over the phone, demonstrate the value of our AI-driven solutions, and drive sales to meet and exceed targets.
· Contact leads provided by the marketing team through outbound calls.
· Conduct product demonstrations and sales pitches over the phone to showcase the benefits of Outspark Resume and Outspark Interview Prep.
· Build rapport with leads and understand their career goals and challenges.
· Provide personalized consultations over the phone to tailor our products to the unique needs of each lead.
· Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
· Proven experience in telecalling sales, preferably in a B2C or SaaS environment.
· Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly over the phone.
· Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through telecalling.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Tech-savvy with a keen interest in AI-driven solutions and the future of job seeking.
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
