Venue Sales Executive — Banquet & Events

About the Role

We're looking for a driven and personable Venue Sales Executive to generate and convert leads for our banquet and event spaces. You'll be the first point of contact for clients planning weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and celebrations — guiding them from enquiry to booking.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound enquiries and conduct venue walkthroughs with prospective clients
Identify and pursue new business through outreach, referrals, and partnerships with event planners and wedding coordinators
Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Coordinate with operations, F&B, and décor teams to ensure seamless event delivery
Maintain an updated CRM pipeline and provide regular sales reports
Build long-term relationships with clients and vendors to drive repeat business
