Job Description:

Echoe Assistance is hiring for the position of Sales Executive. In this role, you will interact with job seekers through various online job portals and assist them in choosing the right resume services to enhance their job search. This is a non-target-based role ideal for individuals with good communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

 Communicate with job seekers via online job portals (like Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.)

 Promote resume writing and related career services offered by the company

 Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable service packages

 Maintain and update lead records on a regular basis

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services

 Address basic queries related to resume services and follow up when needed

 Maintain a professional and helpful attitude during client interactions Skills & Requirements:

 Good communication skills (spoken and written)

 Basic knowledge of resume formats and job search trends is a plus

 Comfortable working with computers and internet tools

 Positive attitude and willingness to learn

 Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in sales/customer service preferred

 Should be punctual, reliable, and well-organized
