Shift: Day shift (6 days a week)

Off Days: 1 day rotational off

Transportation: No cab facility

For Telesales , Customer Support & Business Loan process, 6 days working 1 day rotation off No cab salary goes up to 16 k TH To 24 K TH + Incentives goes up to 10 k, Work location - Bommanahalli.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled, Telesales Executive, Customer Support & Business Loan process to join our team at Kreditbee. You will be responsible for:

- Negotiating payment plans and settlements

- Meeting daily and monthly Sales targets

- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

- 1-2 years of experience in telecollections or customer service

- Languages Required Fluent in English & Hindi / Malayalam's.
