Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to drive business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through B2B sales activities
Identify potential clients and develop strong business relationships
Handle end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to closure
Convert leads into successful business deals
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain sales reports and customer databases
Coordinate and support team members for smooth sales operations
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers
Good negotiation and closure skills
