· Job description: Solar Sales Executive
· Location: Work From Office – Ramesh Nagar Delhi- 110015 (Nearest Metro Station Ramesh Nagar)
· Shift: Monday–Friday (4:00 AM – 1:00 PM), Saturday Half Day (4:00 AM – 10:00 AM)
· Experience: 1–5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to Australian residential and commercial leads
· Pitch solar and battery solutions, handle objections, and close sales
· Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets
· Maintain lead records in CRM and coordinate with internal teams
· Maintain and expand your database of prospects within the assigned territory.
· Develop a deep understanding of solar and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Excellent English communication
· Goal-oriented, confident, and persuasive personality
· Resilient, adaptable, and eager to learn
· Proven sales experience in Solar, Energy is a plus
· Previous work experience in UK or Australian markets is plus.
· Strong phone presence and experience in making multiple calls per day.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong listening and presentation skills.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
