Sales Executive

• Prospect for new clients via cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, social media, and referrals.

• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, understanding their business needs and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client requirements.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability.

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status using CRM tools.

• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. marketing, customer success, product) to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth delivery.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.

• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
