We’re Hiring – Sales Executive (BPO)

📍 Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
💰 Salary: Up to ₹20,000 CTC
🕒 Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our BPO sales team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales or telesales and possess strong communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound/inbound sales calls to promote products/services
Understand customer requirements and close sales effectively
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Provide excellent customer experience and build long-term relationships

Requirements

Minimum 6 months experience in Sales / Tele-Sales / BPO Sales
Good communication and convincing skills
Ability to handle objections and close deals
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Comfortable working in a fast-paced BPO environment
