Telesales Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

Generate and convert leads into sales.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.

Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in Sales / Business Development / Telecalling / Field Sales.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Ability to handle customer objections and negotiations.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.

Kannada and English communication preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Salary & Benefits

₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month, based on experience and performance.
