The role focuses on managing pre-qualified warm leads, which means the potential clients are already aware of our services and have shown interest. Your responsibility will be to connect with these leads, communicate confidently, and clearly explain the value and benefits of our offerings. One of the major tasks will be to present and promote our Menu Optimization Services, where our company provides professional setup and improvement of restaurant menus on platforms like Zomato and Swiggy by using attractive and engaging food descriptions along with high-quality images. You will be responsible for building trust and understanding customer needs, ensuring they recognize how our services can enhance their online presence and increase sales. The role also requires consistent follow-ups, maintaining proper records and status updates in CRM systems, and ensuring smooth lead conversion through effective communication and sales skills. Developing strong client relationships and demonstrating excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities are key expectations in order to close deals successfully and support the organization’s growth.
